Omar Lopez

Construction Project Engineer at UNICO Engineering, Omar is responsible in ensuring that project plans and specifications are materialized in the infrastructure you see around you. Graduated from Sacramento State in 2020 and is currently working towards his P.E. He mostly manages public works projects but also puts his skills to the use when renovating his house.

I am a senior engineer at Crawford and Associates and provide geotechnical support on public works projects. My favorite projects so far have been transportation projects that involve bridge foundation design. Outside of work, I like to stay active with the Sacramento dive club and I am always up to be someone’s dive buddy. See you at the next event!

Senior Engineer (Geotechnical) with Allerion Consulting Group, Inc. Mohammed has 6 years of consulting experience in geotechnical engineering and 2 years of experience in civil engineering. Received Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from California State University Fullerton in 2019. Mohammed has been working on variety of projects including residential, commercial, industrial and public work. Enjoys traveling, hiking, going to the beach, and playing soccer.

Civil Analyst with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. with 2 years of consulting experience following 4 years of construction experience. Lauren graduated from Chico State in 2018 and is currently working towards her P.E. She is looking forward to giving back to the ASCE community that helped shape her college career. Lauren enjoys weekend adventures of first home renovation and spending time with family.
